We offer make ready cleaning and facilities support  services for apartments, rental homes, and offices. Our staff is professional and friendly. We can do anything from a one time deep clean of a studio apartment to regular scheduled cleaning for commercial offices.  We also provide handyman and maintenance support.  Contact Us to learn more.

What’s Included:

  • Our team will walk with you through your property and listen to your concerns. They will work with you to come up with a plan.

  • We offer recurring schedules that perform regular maintenance at desired time intervals. We can also adjust these schedules for special events or weather related issues.

  • We offer one time events such as a deep cleaning or make move-in/out ready. We will attempt to work with your schedule by offering business hours and after hours support.

  • All of our employees undergo background checks and must uphold themselves to the highest professional conduct.

  • Removal of junk, trash, and garbage. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, steam cleaning, sanitizing, dusting, and polishing. It is a very thorough service that can be time intensive depending on the square footage and the level of need.

  • Quotes and initial job consultations are free. However, no two jobs are the same. We take factors such as square footage, time requirements, and your vision to deliver a price.
