As a seasoned professional and small business owner, I excel in efficient project management, creative problem-solving, and innovative design. My diverse skill set spans research, estimation, and team leadership, thriving in both independent and collaborative environments. I embrace challenges, including high-pressure situations and public speaking, always seeking opportunities for growth and development. Concurrently, I'm authoring a series on human colonization in extreme environments, from Earth's polar regions to extraterrestrial locations. This work complements my professional endeavors, aiming to educate and inspire advancement towards new frontiers. My approach integrates practical business acumen with visionary thinking, fostering progress in both terrestrial and space-related fields.
Abbie Rodriguez
As an Executive-level Assistant with over 20 years of military service, I bring extensive experience in human resources and program management. My expertise includes strategic planning, project management, and optimizing team performance, supported by strong leadership skills developed through my military career.
Thomas Herndon
As Estimating Manager at DONE PM, I bring over a decade of experience in construction estimating and material procurement for both commercial and residential projects. My career began in design, but I have also spent time on job sites, in building supply yards, and in purchasing departments—giving me a well-rounded understanding of construction from multiple perspectives. I pride myself on being a detail-oriented estimator with a passion for accuracy, efficiency, and innovation. As the leader of the estimating division, I focus on delivering fast, reliable estimates that support project success.
Tait Norman
Tait Norman serves as the IT Manager of DONE PM LLC. He is responsible for all IT infrastructure, strategy, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT division. Prior to DONE PM, he worked in retail and higher education sectors in Data Analytics roles helping organizations achieve their strategic goals by leveraging data.

With more than fifteen years of experience in administration and marketing for a successful non-profit, I bring a strong service ethic and an enthusiasm for client success to DONE PM. My career includes over twenty years in customer service and developing creative marketing projects for diverse businesses. I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals, and I approach every challenge with dedication—and a healthy dose of wit.
